1. What is eCommerce Know-How?

2. What software do I need on my computer?

eCommerce Know-How works entirely through your web browser, so you do not need any separate software. eCommerce Know-How works in Chrome, Firefox 2.x / 3.x, IE 6.x / 7.x /8.x, and Safari 3.x.

4. What are the benefits of signing up?

As a registered User of eCommerce Know-How, you have full access to the Provider Directory section of the site. You can view a list of company and solutions but cannot view in-depth company and solution profiles unless you have registered.


5. How do I sign up for eCommerce Know-How?

To sign up for eCommerce Know-How, click on the "Sign Up" button on the top right side of the page. Fill out the registration form and an email will be sent to your email account for confirmation. If you are a Provider and would like to post your company in our Provider Directory, make sure to click on the "I am a Provider" checkbox. Once verified, you will have to fill out and submit a company registration form. For instructions on how to create and manage your company's profiles click here.


6. What is FitForCommerce Verification?

"FFC Verified" is the process by which FitForCommerce evaluates and validates eCommerce technology provider claims about their eCommerce offerings. The goal of FFC Verified is to establish a recognized industry-wide standard for evaluation, verification and certification for eCommerce solutions. 7. I am a Provider, how do I take advantage of FitForCommerce Verification?

8. What is Opportunity Corner?

9. I am a Provider, how do I participate on Opportunity Corner?

Contact us at sales@fitforcommerce.com if you want to stop missing out on important new eCommerce opportunities. We can get you participating in no time.


10. How do I change my password?

Log in to eCommerce Know-How. Click on the "My Account" link found in the top right of the page. To change your password, click on the "Change Password" button.


11. I forgot my password! What do I do?

Click on the "Forgot Password" link visible in the login dialog, enter your username and click Reset to reset the password, and your password will be emailed to you.


12. I asked for a password reminder, but it hasn't arrived! What do I do?

We would suggest checking your Spam and Bulk Mail folders, as our automated email reminders may be placed there by your email software. If you do not see the message there, please contact support@ecommerceknowhow.com.


13. Can I use eCommerce Know-How on multiple computers?

Yes, all you need is an internet connection.


14. How do I sign out of eCommerce Know-How?

Click on the "Sign Out" link found on the top right-side of the page.
