eCommerce Know-How works entirely through your web browser, so you do not need any separate software. eCommerce Know-How works in Chrome, Firefox 2.x / 3.x, IE 6.x / 7.x, and Safari 3.x.

As a registered User of eCommerce Know-How, you have access to the Provider Directory section of the site. You can view a list of company and solutions but cannot view company and solution profiles unless you have purchased a subscription.


5. How do I register for eCommerce Know-How?

To register for eCommerce Know-How, go to http://www.ecommerceknowhow.com and click on the “ Register” link on the top right side of the page. Fill out the registration form and an email will be sent to your email account for confirmation. A registrant will be limited to only certain areas of eCommerce Know-How. In order to have full access to eCommerce Know-How, you must purchase a subscription.


6. What are the benefits of subscribing?

The benefit of a subscriber is full access to the eCommerce Know-How site. You can view all sections of the site as well as participate on interactive sections of the site.


7. How do I purchase a subscription on eCommerce Know-How?

You must first be a registered guest to sign-in to eCommerce Know-How.
Once logged in:

  • From the “Home” tab, click on the “Admin” link in the left navigation.
  • Click on the “Manage Subscription” link
  • Enter the number of subscriptions you want to purchase (Note: each User of the account will need a separate subscription)
  • Click on the “Purchase” link to buy the subscription(s)
  • We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and checks
  • A link will appear to send you to the “Manage Assignments” page; here you will assign the subscriptions you bought to the Users of your account.

Log in to eCommerce Know-How
From the homepage, Click on the “My Account” link found in the left navigation.
To view and edit your account information, click on the “User Info” link.

11. I forgot my password! What do I do?

Click on the “Forgot Password” link, enter your username and click Reset to reset the password, and your password will be emailed.


12. I asked for a password reminder, but it hasn't arrived! What do I do?

We would suggest checking your Spam and Bulk Mail folders, as our automated email reminders may be placed there by your email software. If you do not see the message there, please contact support@ecommerceknowhow.com.


13. Can multiple Users utilize eCommerce Know-How with one subscription?

No, each User needs a subscription.


14. Can I use eCommerce Know-How on multiple computers?

Yes, all you need is an internet connection.


15. Can more than one person maintain a eCommerce Know-How accounts on the same computer?

Yes. To share a single computer with other eCommerce Know-How users, just be sure to sign out when done using eCommerce Know-How.
